Advertising and Management Set Up
We advertise our properties on Airbnb. We charge a fee to manage all inquiries and encourage bookings. I am a super host on Airbnb which means I, respond quickly to encourage bookings, good communication, and sparkly clean accommodation that is good value with easy check-in. We also send out personalised directions and messages to check all is well with your guest’s stay. Depending on location we often visit guests in person to give them a personal touch to their holiday and make them aware we are available if needed. We also market your property on the Let’s Holiday Northumberland website and Facebook page – which we use to promote both your property and the area and any special events that will encourage visitors.
We will visit your property and chat with you about changes that might need to be made and requirements to set it up as a holiday property. We will offer advice on what works best and the lengths and prices of stays. We will take photos of your property and write descriptions to make it appeal to holidaymakers and add it to Airbnb. We will provide a welcome booklet with lots of helpful advice for your holidaymakers and a visitors book for that all-important feedback!
Cleaning Washing & Ironing
We make sure properties are all cleaned to a high standard with close attention to the little details.
We also make sure all linens and towels are washed and ironed and all ready for guests.
Maintenance & Gardening
We offer owners the added comfort that we will take care of any little maintenance issues, in between or during your guest’s stay. We will also organise for any tradespeople as needed. We also offer a grass cutting/gardening service.
